摘要
用电解低钛铝合金熔配6063合金,挤压成型材后,研究其微观组织与力学性能,并与国内6063型材的微观组织与力学性能做了对比.,电解加钛6063合金具有良好的力学性能,抗拉强度和延伸率均有显著增加.用电解低钛铝合金熔配6063合金是完全可行的.
The 6063 alloys are made with electrolytic low-titanium aluminum alloys. The microstructures and mechanical properties of their extruded profile are studied, and the comparative study on the 6063 alloys from several internal aluminum materials Co. is also finished. The results show that 6063 alloys made of electrolytic low-titanium aluminum alloys have good mechanical properties, and the increasing of strength and elongation is obvious. Making 6063 alloys with electrolytic low-titanium aluminum alloys is feasible.
