摘要
压力调节器是微灌系统重要的调压设备,可显著提高系统灌水均匀性和系统运行可靠程度。该文通过力学平衡分析得出影响压力调节器性能的主要参数为弹簧劲度系数、弹簧初始压缩长度、调节组件出口断面积和进口断面积比及调节组件距离进口花篮堵头的初始间距,并采用正交试验研究了调节器结构参数对出口预置压力的影响。结果表明:各参数对压力调节器性能影响显著。通过回归分析,建立了压力调节器出口预置压力与4个主要影响参数之间的定量关系,结果显示压力调节器出口预置压力与4个参数之间存在很好的线性关系,为压力调节器的开发提供了参考。
Pressure regulator is one of the key parts of micro-irrigation system, which can improve the water distribution uniformity and running security obviously. In this paper, the author firstly analyzed the structural parameters which affected the working performance of pressure regulator through analysis of thedynamic balance on pressure regulator. The analysis result showed that the main factors that affected the performance of pressure regulator were the spring coefficient, the spring length, the upriver and downriver areas of regulating part and the space between regulating part and block cap. On the basis of analysis result, the author adopted orthogonal experiment to analyze the effects of structure parameters on the preset pressure. The results revealed that the four parameters had notable influences on the working performance of pressure regulator. In addition, the regression model describing the relationship among the four factors and preset pressure was developed, which had good linear relationship and would provide reference to the production of pressure regulator.
