轧机机架对附着式轧制力传感器的影响分析

摘要 介绍了机架变形法测量轧制力的基本原理,并通过有限元的方法分析机架立柱的应力分布情况,讨论了立柱作为一次弹性体对传感器精度的影响,同时分析了不同的安装情况对输出的影响。 The basic principle of the rolling force measurement with mill housing distortion method has been described in this article, and with the method of finite element, the stress distribution of the mill housing column has been analyzed as well. Meanwhile the affect to the sensor accuracy by the column used as the one time elastomer has been discussed, and also the effect to the output with different sensor installation has been analyzed as well.
