Successful Secret Release of the Origin of Ba People in Archaeological Discovery

古代巴人,是活动于我国南方长江中游一带地区的一个旺盛的民族,强悍的民族,有许多传奇和优美的历史故事。但由于历史久远,历史文献记载尚有不少疑难问题。因此,对于巴人的起源地望一直存在多种说法,未能形成共识。直到近10余年来,考古工作者在鄂西清江长阳发现了我国早期巴人的典型遗址-香炉石遗址和大批夏商周时期的巴文化遗物之后,巴人的起源之谜,才终于成功揭秘。

Ancient Ba people is a vigorous and valiant nationality inhabiting in the middle reaches of Yangtse River in south China, there being many legends and exquisite historical stories about Ba people. Owing to the long history, there are some puzzling problems in historical literature recordation.There are various versions about the origin of Ba people all the time and there is no recognition for a long time. In the last decade archaeologists have discovered the typical site of early Ba people-Xianglushi site in Changyang in the west of Hubei province and a large array of relics of Ba culture in the periods of Xia, Shang, Zhou. Eventually the secret about the origin of the Ba People has been successfully revealed after this archaeological discovery.
