我国文化建设上贯彻“双百”方针的历史经验

The Historical Experience of Carrying out the Double Hundred Guideline in Chinese Culture Construction

“双百”方针是我国文化建设的基本方针,但在贯彻的过程中却历经坎坷。本文认为,在我国文化现代化过程中,为避免历史悲剧重演,在社会环境上必须建设高度的社会主义民主;在建设的方法上尊重文化发展的特点和规律,开展同志式的讨论和竞赛;在指导思想上坚持以马克思主义为指导,不断克服“左”和右的错误思想的干扰;在文化管理体制上,摒弃“一元化”坚持多元共存。

“Double Hundred” guideline is a basic policy in our culture construction. It has undergone some ups and downs in the process of implementation. To avoid the replay of the historical tragedies, this paper holds the following views： we must build advanced socialist democracy in social environment; we must esteem the characteristics and the natural law of culture development in construction methods and carry out comrade-like discussion and contest; we must adhere to Marxism in guiding principle and overcome the interference of the “left” and right wrong ideas; we must get rid of the idea of unification and stick to the idea of multi-coexistence in culture management.
