社会发展要求公共行政管理必须现代化,而现代化的成功取决于相应的政治文化特征。 但是我们也应看到中国是一个有着两千多年宗法制度的国家,两千多年来宗法制及其思想观念的 根深蒂固,在一定程度上仍然阻碍着我国公共行政现代化的发展。因此,如何消解宗法制对我国公 共行政现代化的影响具有重要的现实意义。
The development of the society requires the modernization of the public administration and the success depends upon the political culture. However, it should be kept in mind that China has two thousand year private system, and its influence is deep, which handicaps the development of the public administration. Therefore, how to deal with the influence is of great importance.
