摘要
The report on application for construction of an 800kt/a ethylene project in Sichuan has been reviewed in July 2005 by the expert group of China Consulting Company, and is submitted for internal review by the State Development and Reform Commission. The proposed location of this ethylene project is Pengzhou city of Sichuan province with investment totaling 21.23 billion RMB. The products of this project will include 800 kt of ethylene a year and a variety of downstream products including synthetic rubber.
