益气清络饮治疗活动期类风湿性关节炎30例对照观察

Clinical Study on Treatment of Active Rheumatoid Arthritis with Yiqi Qingluo Decoction

目的观察益气清络饮治疗气虚湿热型活动期类风湿性关节炎(RA)的疗效与机制。方法随机将60例患者分为益气清络饮治疗组和雷公藤浸膏片对照组,观察治疗前后关节局部症状、握力、ESR、RF及药物不良反应等。结果治疗组治疗前后的临床活动性症状比较有显著性差异(P<0.01),临床总有效率达90%,与对照组相似(P>0.05),且在降低患者RF、Ig、CRP、ESR(P<0.01)及提高Hb与RBC方面的作用优于对照组(P<0.01),而副作用发生率则低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益气清络饮能通过改善患者免疫指标的紊乱,减轻患者临床症状,控制病情的发展,达到治疗目的。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of Yiqi Qingluo Decoction in treating active rheumatoid arthritis and to explore its mechanism. Methods 60 patients were randomized into two groups ： 30 in treatment group treated with Yiqi Qingluo Decoction, and the other 30 in control group treated with common extract pill of threewingnut root. The changes of articulations, strength of grip, ESR, RF, and adverse reaction were observed. Results After 14-days treatment, the total effective rate was 90% and 83.34% respectively in treatment group and in control group, with no difference between them （ P 〉 0.05 ）. RF, Ig, CRP and ESR decreased obviously in treatment group than in control group, while Hb, RBC increased obviously, with less adverse reaction. Conclusion Yiqi Qingluo Decoction has positive effects on rheumatoid arthritis.
