摘要
对丹参的药理作用和在器官保存中的应用研究进展进行概述,丹参具有改善缺血再灌注损伤、改善微循环、抑制细胞凋亡、抑制细胞因子的分泌等作用,能减轻组织损伤,在器官保存中具有一定的应用前景。
Salvia miltiorrhiza bunge can repair ischemia/reperfusion injury, improve microcirculation, inhibit apoptosis and secretion of cytokine, so it has a applicable perspective in organ preservation. This article reviews the pharmacological effects and the progress of the study in organ preservation of Salvia Miltiorrhiza Bunge.
