在中共中央、国务院《关于进一步加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的意见》中,正式提出了“以人为本”的大学生思想政治教育指导思想,思想政治工作的对象是人,正确认识“以人为本”的科学内涵,在高校思想政治教育中贯彻“以人为本”的指导思想,对于改善大学生思想政治教育的现状具有非常现实的意义。

In the document of enhancing and improving the political education to college students, the guidance of treating human as essentials was formally raised by the center of the Chinese Communist Party and the State Council. The objects of political education are human, so understanding its connotation accurately and implementing this guidance in the political education are of great importance for improving the political education to college students.
