摘要
通过论述认知语言学的基本范畴理论,提出在词汇习得过程中,要重视基本范畴词汇的学习,重视多义词的讲解,重视对隐喻的认识。
This paper deals with the guidance of cognitive linguistics in inherent mechanism of vocabulary acquisition. It expounds the basic category terms, prototype category terms and the metaphorical meaning of terms, putting forward that in the learning process of English vocabulary, it is imperative to emphasize the basic category of words, the explanation of the underlying link between the meanings of polysemy and the cognition of metaphors.
