浅析日本劳动雇佣制度及其演变

Discussion on the employment system in Japan and its evolution

日本的终身雇佣制是日本企业长期采用的劳动用工制度,在整个世界上都是独具特色的。它被公认为是战后日本经济获得成功的“三大神器”之一。通过对日本雇佣制度的形成过程、形成条件的分析,来说明终身雇佣制对战后日本经济增长所做出的贡献。同时,对自泡沫经济崩溃以来,日本的劳动雇佣制度发生的变化作进一步的阐述。

The lifelong employment system has been used by Japanese enterprises for a long time and is unique in the world. It is regarded as one of the “three magical weapons” which led to the economic prosperity in Japan after World War Ⅱ. Based on the analysis of the formation of this employment system, this paper explains the contributions of the lifelong employment system to the economic growth of Japan. At the same time, the author also analyzes the evolution of this system after the collapse of the foamy econmy.
