访韩中国人对导游讲解能力的评价差异研究

Research on the differences of evaluation on the tour commentator by Chinese tourists visiting South Korea

This study came to the conclusion that the “weight factor” and the “satisfaction factor” decide the capabilities of a tour commentator, and these factors tend to make much difference according to the nationalities of overseas tour groups. From this survey result, it can be concluded that tourists consider the basic factors of tourism as important, such as what tourists actually learn, whether the commentaries attract tourists’ interests, whether the commentaries satisfy tourists＇ needs, and whether the commentaries are correct and explicit, and the like, while the tour commentators do not tend to meet the needs and expectations of the tourists.
