摘要
《中华人民共和国妇女权益保障法》于1992年10月1日起施行,该法的制定为保障妇女合法权益提供了相应的法律依据,但由于受历史条件的制约,这部法律在内容上也存在明显的不足。文章力求遵循以宪法为准则,与相关法律相配合,与实际操作相结合的修改原则,对妇女法的完善提出自己的建议,尤其是对提高全社会对男女平等的认识、禁止对妇女性骚扰、妇女组织参与公益诉讼方面作了重点剖析,希望能对妇女法的修改有所裨益。
The Law of Protecting Women＇s Rights and Interests of China came into force in October 1. 1992. It offers a legal basis for ensuring women＇s rights and interests. However, being restriced by historical situation, there are some deficiencies in its contents. On the basis of following the constitution, cooperating with other laws and combining with practices, this paper puts forward some suggestions to perfect the law. Furthermore, the paper lays special emphasis on understanding the gender equality more precisely, forbiding sexual harassment on women and participation in public service lawsuits by women＇s associations.
