摘要
本文主要依据英文《字林西报》公布的苏报案审讯记录和清政府外务部档案,从审理苏报案的法庭与出庭律师、适用的法律、法庭上的章太炎与邹容、律师的辩护、出庭作证的外侨、判决形成等几个方面,试图揭开这个轰动一时的政治审判的真相,展示中英两国政府以及上海公共租界之间围绕此案的审讯和判决展开的较量,进而分析20世纪初三方的微妙关系。
This paper is based on the literature such as the interrogation record of Su Bao Case published in the English North China Daily News and files in Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Qing Dynasty.It attempts to reveal the truth of the shocking political interrogation,which embodied the contest in this case among the British government,Chinese government and the concession area in Shanghai.It then makes a further analysis on the delicate relations between the three parties.
