摘要 名师成长的实质是教师作为“教育专业人才”的高度专业化发展过程,是教师不断跨越成功的栅栏、超越自我的创新过程,受诸多复杂因素的影响,表现出复杂性、周期性和阶段性的特征,特别是存在“关键期”和“突破期”现象。解读名师成功的人生轨迹,感悟名师的人生智慧,无论是对探索富有成效的教师教育与管理策略,还是对立志要成为名师的教师或师范生都具有十分重要的借鉴意义。 The essence of famous teachers' grouth is a process for them to get highly development in their profession as “specialized personnel of education” It is also an innovative process in which teachers constantly achieve success and make self-surpass. Being affected by too many complicated factors, this process appears to be complicated, cyclic and periodic, especially with the phenomena of “The Critical Period” and “The Breakthrough Period”. Following the trace of famous teachers' success andsensing their wits and wisdom are of great significance not only for the exploration into effective strategies of teacher education and management but also for the teachers and students in normal schools who desire to be famous teachers.
