异位嗜铬细胞瘤的CT诊断(附5例报告)

CT Diagnosis of Ectopic pheochromocytoma: a Report of Five Cases

目的探讨异位嗜铬细胞瘤的CT特征。方法结合文献对5例异位嗜铬细胞瘤的CT表现进行描述与分析。结果本组5例除1例位于下腔静脉内外,其余4例均位于腹部脊柱旁,CT均能准确定位,除位于下腔静脉内的1例瘤体平扫呈等密度,最小径2.8 cm,表现为不均匀强化外,其余4例最小径均>3.5 cm,瘤体平扫密度不均,呈等、低混杂密度影;实性部分,尤其周边部分强化明显而持续,中心部坏死区无强化。结论异位嗜铬细胞瘤行CT检查有助于显示肿物细节和制定手术计划。

Objective To investigate the computerized tomography （CT） features of ectopic pheochromocytoma. Methods With reviewing the literature, CT findings in five cases of ectopic pheochromocytoma were analyzed retrospectively. Results One case was located in inferior vena cave, and four cases＇ectopic pheochromocytomas occurred beside the spine. CT provided effective images in localization. Except that one case＇stumor in inferir vena cave showed a minimum diameter of 2.8 cm with an equal density and an inhomogeneous enhancement in plain scan CT images, the minimum diameters in the other four cases were larger than 3. 5 cm with an uneven density and an equal or lowly farraginous density in plain scan CT images and their tumor mass imaging was markedly enhanced especially on the mass rims where appeared extraordinery and lasting enhancement, but the eetral necroses of the tumors had no enhancement. Conclusion CT contributes to revealing the details of ectopic pheochromocytoma and to making s surgery plan.
