周式剖宫产100例临床分析

Clinical Analysis on 100 Cases of Zhou's Caesarean Section

目的总结周式剖宫产术在临床应用的价值与安全性。方法对100例具有剖宫产指征的产妇行周式剖宫产术,并与前期行改良新式剖宫产的100例产妇作对照。结果周式剖宫产组的手术时间、术中出血量、术后肛门排气时间及住院天数均明显优于改良新式剖宫产组(P均<0.05或0.01)。结论周式剖宫产术优于改良新式剖宫产术,且安全简单。

Objective To summarize the clinically applicative value of Zhou＇s Caesarean section and its safety. Methods Zhou＇s Caesarean sectionwas applied to 100 lying - in women with indications of Caesarean section, which was then compared with another 100 lying - in ones who accepted reformative Caesarean section as a control. Results Zhou＇s Caesarean section got significant improvements in operative time, operative bleeding and hospitalizing duration, as well as postoperative fart and safety when compared with reformative Caesarean section （ P 〈 0. 01, or P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Zhou＇s Caesarean section gains an advantage over reformative Caesarean section.
