自体角膜缘干细胞移植治疗复发性翼状胬肉疗效观察

Limbal Stem Cell Aograft Transplamation for Recurrem Pteryglum

目的探讨自体角膜缘干细胞移植对复发性翼状胬肉的治疗价值.方法 58例(59眼)复发性翼状胬肉进行自体角膜缘干细胞移植术,术后观察10～26个月.结果 59只眼在观察期间无1例复发.术后患者无不良感觉,眼部外观改善,视力都有所提高.结论自体角膜缘干细胞移植是治疗复发性翼状胬肉的有效方法.

Objective To evaluate the effects of limbal stem cell autograft transplantation on the prevention from recurrence aftet excision of recurrent pterygium. Methods 58 cases （59eyes） of recurrent pterygium were excised under microscope with limbal stem cell autograft transpllarnt-ation, All eases were followed up for 10 ～ 26 months. Results Recurcc is not found in any eyes. The cpithelium recovering time 3 ～ 7 dys. The visual ability rised in all eyes. Conclusion Micro-Surgical excision of recunent pterygium combinded with limbal stem celltransplantation can significantly decrease the rate of recurrence.
