肺癌患者血清SS和VEGF检测的临床意义

Clinical Significance of Determination of Changes of Serum Somotostatin(SS) and Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor(VEGF) Level in Patients with Lung Cancer

目的:探讨了血清生长抑素(SS)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平在肺癌患者中的变化。方法:分别应用放射免疫分析和双抗体夹心ELISA对31例肺癌患者进行了血清SS和VEGF水平测定,并以35名正常健康人作比较。结果:肺癌患者血清SS和VEGF水平非常显著地高于正常人组(P<0.01),且SS和VEGF呈明显正相关(r=0.6021,P<0.01)。结论:检测肺癌患者血清SS和VEGF水平的变化对了解病情,指导临床实践均具有重要的临床价值。

Objective To investigate the chinical significance of changes of serum SS and VEGF levels in patients with lung cancer. Methods Serum SS level were detected with RIA and VEGF levels with ELISA in 31 cases of lung cancer and 35 controls. Results The levels of serum SS and VEGF were significantly higher in the patients than those in controls （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Serum SS and VEGF levels were mutually positively correlated （ r = 0. 6021,P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Serum SS and VEGF levels were closely related to the disease process of lung cancer and were of prognostic values.
