CA199、CA125、CEA联检对胰腺癌诊断价值的评价

Assessment of the Diagnostic Value of Combined Determination of Serum CA199 CA125 and CEA in Patients with Cancer of Pancreas

目的:评价CA199、CA125、CEA联检对胰腺癌的诊断价值。方法:测定采用化学发光法。结果:胰腺癌患者血清CA199的阳性率为90.6%(29/32),CA125的阳性率为65.6%(21/32),CEA的阳性率为46.9%(15/32)。经手术治疗后CA199的均值为(32.5±8.4)u/m l与手术前的CA199均值(840.2±102.5)u/m l比较,两组差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。结论:CA199、CA125、CEA联检有助于胰腺癌的诊断符合率。CA199可作为手术后长期追踪的检测指标。

Objective To assess the diagnostic value of combined determination of serum CA199, CA125 and CEA for cancer of pancreas. Methods Serum CA199, CA125 and CEA levels were detected with CLIA in 32 patients with cancer of pancreas and 36 controls. Results Positive detection rate of CA199 in patients with cancer of pancreas was 90.6% （29/32）. Positive rate for CA125 and CEA was 65.6% （21/32） and 46.9% （15/32） respectively. With combined determination of these 3 tumor markers, the positive rate was 96.9% （31/32）. The mean content of serum 199 after successful operation （32.5 ± 8.4U/ml） was significantly lower than that before operation （840.2 ± 102.5U/ml） （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Combined determination of CA199, CA125 and CEA would improve the detection rate of cancer of pancreas and post - operative changes of CA199 could be of prognostic value.
