兔源高致病性大肠杆菌外膜蛋白型的差异性分析

Difference Analysis on High Pathogenitic Escherichia Coli Isolates Originated from Rabbits

从山东某地区大、中型兔场连续三年(2002-2004年)分离、鉴定的43株高致病性 大肠杆菌体内提取外膜蛋白(OMP),测定其外膜蛋白型(OMPs),通过SDS-PAGE分析,比 较不同年份间高致病性大肠杆菌分离株的外膜蛋白型。结果表明:三年共产生了三种OMP型 (A-C)。且在同年份内具有多样性,不同年份之间具有差异性。

The purpose of this study is to determine the outer membrane protein（OMP） patterns of 43 strains of rabbits high pathogenitic Escherichia Coli were isolated from rabbits in some region in Shandong province and to study genetic correlation of these strains isolated in 2002 - 2004. SDS-PAGE analysis showed that 30MPS （Outer membrane protein patterns, OMPS） were found from these strains. These results showed that OMP patterns of isolated strains of the same year have diversity and strains of different year have difference.
