The Research and Practise on Cleaning-Milk Production Technique

提出了牛奶清洁生产的概念及意义,并从牛奶清洁生产的环境管理、奶牛饲养过程 管理、产品加工过程管理、废弃物处理和全程质量控制5方面分析了实现牛奶清洁生产的途 径,制订了牛奶清洁生产技术规程(试行),并进行了推广应用,取得良好的效益。

This paper put forward the concept of the cleaning-milk production, discussed the important meaning of the cleaning-milk production and analyzed concrete measurements to realize cleaningmilk production from five aspects, such as environment management of cleaning-milk porduction, the whole feeding management of cow, wastes handles and quantity control all the way. This paper also established technical rules of cleaning-milk production and gained very large profit from the expansive application of technical rules.
