共沉法制备锰锌软磁铁氧体微粉钙镁脱除实验 被引量:2

Experiment on Eliminating Calcium and Magnesium During Preparation of Mn-Zn Ferrite Powder by Co-Precipitation Method

摘要 研究了在碳酸盐共沉淀法制备锰锌软磁铁氧体前躯体净化过程中NH4F对钙镁杂质深度脱除的影响.实验结果表明,NH4F用量、反应时间和温度、pH值对钙镁的深度脱除都有显著影响.在反应温度为90℃,加入的NH4F溶液质量浓度为370.4 g.L-1、体积分数为2.4×10-2,pH值控制为3.5,反应时间为1 h的条件下,净化后液中的钙镁质量浓度分别为0.003,0.019 g.L-1,共沉粉中的钙镁质量分数分别为7.5×10-5和5.6×10-5,均小于10-4,达到制备高档锰锌软磁铁氧体产品的要求. This paper studied the influence on elimination of calcium and magnesium by NH4F during the preparation of Mn-Zn ferrite precursor by coprecipitation. The results of experiments showed that the quantity of NIL F, time and temperature of reaction and pH were of obvious influence on elimination of calcium and magnesium. Under the best conditions the volume fraction of 370.4 g·L^-1 NIL F was 2.4 × 10^-2 temperature was 90℃ and the reaction time was 1 h and pH was 3.5,the contents of calcium and magnesium in purified solution were 0.003 and 0.019 g·L^-1 respectively, while the contents of calcium and magnesium in the precursor were 7.5 × 10^-5 and 5.6 × 10^-5 ,less than 10^-4, so the precursor of Mn-Zn ferrite by coprecipitation was fit to be used to prepare high-quality product.
