洞庭湖湿地资源间接利用价值评估

Evaluation of the Indirect Use Values of the Wetland Resources in Dongting Lake

依据资源经济学和生态经济学的理论和方法,针对洞庭湖湿地资源的特点,对洞庭湖湿地资源的间接利用价值进行货币化评估,得出湿地资源的间接利用价值为567 445.5×104元/年,其中调蓄洪水的价值为37.12×108元/年。评估结果表明,洞庭湖湿地的资产价值主要表现在湿地生态系统的生态服务功能价值。只有合理开发洞庭湖湿地资源,保护好湿地生态环境,才能实现湿地资源的可持续利用,保证湖区经济的可持续发展。

The Dongting lake wetland is one of the largest lacustrine wetland eco- systems in China. There are very plentiful wetland resources. Based on the wetland resources＇ characteristics, the economics theory and methods are applied in the paper on the basis of the investigation and experiments to analyses the indirect use values of the wetland resourees and evaluate the indirect use values of Dongting lake wetland resources . The conclusion can be drawn that the total indirect use v^ues of the wetland resources is 567 445.5 × 10^4 RMB/Per year in Dongting lake wetland. The value of flood control is 37.12 ×10^8 RMB/per year. The result shows that only when we make use of the wetland resources rationally and protect the wetland eco - environment and carry out the assets management of the wetland resources in Dongting lake area can the sustainable utilization of the wetland resources be realized and the sustainable development of the regional economy around Dongting lake area be guaranteed.
