Analysis on the Evolution of Technological Leapfrogging System

从系统科学的角度,在对技术跨越概念界定、技术跨越系统状态分析基础上,以实例对技术跨越系统演化机理进行了分析。结果表明,人才与资金交替成为技术跨越系统演化的主导因素,制约系统的发展,认为技术跨越的系统实施宜根据关键要素的主导次序采取旋进策略。

In this paper, we analyze the evolving mechanism of technological leapfrogging system based on the definition of the concept and state analysis of the system from the perspective of system science. The result shows that talents and capital become the dominant factors in the evolution of the technological leapfrogging system which restrict the development of the system. Therefore, we take the spiral tactic in implementing this system according to the dominant order of the key factors.
