灰色系统理论是研究部分信息己知、部分信息未知的贫信息不确定性系统的理论方法。利用灰关联理论中的灰关联矩阵方法对三次产业间的相互影响程度进行测定,结果表明,三次产业间的关联程度沿着二三产业→一三产业→一二产业的轨迹依次递减,第三产业表现出枢纽地位,对第一产业和第二产业产生重要影响;在第三产业各细分行业中,批发和零售贸易餐饮业构成影响第二产业发展的最强因子,邮电通信业形成影响第一产业发展的最弱因子;与第一产业相比,第二产业对第三产业各行业的依赖性更为普遍也更显著,批发和零售贸易餐饮业所代表的商贸流通业在三次产业中有着影响全局的态势。

Grey system theory is a method aiming to less data and uncertain system. This paper measures three industries＇ mutual influence degree with grey relational matrix, The result indicates that the relational grade among the three industries de-escalate along the following path： secondary and tertiary industry-primary and tertiary industry-primary and secondary industry. Tertiary industry has important influence over primary and secondary industry. Inside tertiary industry, wholesale and retail trade and catering services is the strongest influencing factor in secondary industry, while post and telecommunications is the weakest to primary industry. Secondary industry relies on tertiary industry more than primary industry, Circulation industry has very important influence over the national economy.
