摘要
韭园沟流域坝系建设以坝地生产利用和拦洪拦沙为目的,采用蓄种相间,大、中、小结合,先支后干,做到分工负责、有机配合,使坝系整体防洪安全,有效拦泥淤地,保证坝地稳产高产。通过对坝系布局、坝系防洪能力和生产运行过程进行分析,在确定实现相对稳定坝系单元优化布局,进而对现状坝系不合理的布局结构进行调整和补充的基础上,合理安排发展中小型坝,形成坝系在各个骨干工程分段控制的既相互联系又相对独立的单元结构,把流域内全部洪水和泥沙有计划、均衡地拦蓄在若干个控制单元内,达到分洪拦泥、坝系安全生产运行、水土资源充分利用的目的。
The dam system building of Jiuyuangou Watershed takes dammed field production, f lood retention and sediment control as the objective. It takes the methods of st orage alternating with cultivation, combining the sizes of big, medium and small , building the dams firstly on tributaries and the main river second and achievi ng division of labor with individual responsibilities and organic cooperation, t he safety operation of the whole dam system in flood control, effectively retain ing the sediment and silting up fields and ensuring the stable and high yields o f the dammed land. Through the analysis of the layout, flood control capability and production operational process of the dam system and based on achieving rela tively stabilized dam system element and optimized layout and readjusting irrati onal structure of the present dam system, it develops the medium and small sized dams in a rational way, forms a unit structure of not only interaction but also relatively independent and controlled section by section for each key works, co ntrols all the flood water and sediment of the watershed in several controlled u nits evenly and in a planned way and achieves the purposes of flood diversion, s ediment control, safe operation of dam system and full utilization of water and land resources.
