The Web2.0 is a new generation Internet based on Metadata Annotation. It is in continuous evolution. On the technique, the web2.0 uses the xml for transacting RSS/ATOM/RDF/FOAF information; uses the AJAX for integrating the techniques, which promulgate web information, and uses some opened web API for developing the service of web. These techniques, which have no revolution character, but it brought revolution, change of the information spread thought. The web2.0 applied the Six-Degrees-Relate theory into information spreads. It takes tiny contents the base of information spread, and it fix attention on the consumer entity in the population information spread.
