摘要
前列腺癌是严重威胁欧美国家男性健康的恶性肿瘤。研究前列腺癌发生与发展的分子机制,尤其是从雄激素依赖性向雄激素非依赖性转化的分子机制对该病的诊断和治疗极为重要。前列腺癌转移LNCaP细胞模型包括LNCaP、C4、C4-2和C4-2B等一系列的遗传背景相同的细胞系,成功模拟前列腺癌细胞从雄激素依赖性发展到雄激素非依赖性,从不转移到转移各个阶段的基本生物行为学的特征,已成为当前应用最为广泛的前列腺癌细胞模型之一。
Prostate cancer is one of the most threatening disease to the men of western countries. Intensive attention has been paid to it. It is most important to find out its development molecular mechanism, especially the molecular mechanism mediating progression from androgen-dependent to androgen-refractory stage. Prostate cancer LNCaP model, including LNCaP, C4, C4-2 and C4-2B cell lines, successfully mimics the characteristics of the prostate cancer development. It has become one of the most widely used cell model in the prostate cancer research.
