韩国已婚妇女就业与家务劳动模式

Employment and Housework Pattern of Married Women in ROK

摘要本文探讨了韩国已婚妇女的就业特征及就业对传统家庭中性别角色的影响,并指出就业对已婚妇女传统的家务劳动模式的影响不大。这一是受韩国夫权制文化的影响,二是韩国社会未能形成支持妇女的有效机制。
