GH3039合金在电渣重熔中铝、钛行为的研究

The Research on Aluminium and Titanium of GH3039 Alloy in Electro-slag Refining Process

摘要 通过研究,解决了GH3039合金以及类似低铝、低钛含量的镍基合金在电渣重熔中回收率和均匀化的难题。同时,对以γ为强化相的高铝、高钛含量的镍基变形合金如何选择最佳成分及合理控制电渣重熔工艺都有一定的参考意义。 The problems of recovery rate and homogenization existing in GH3039 alloy as well as similar nickel base alloys with low aluminium and titanium contents are solved completely by the research in electroslag refining. Meanwhile, this work also has very meaningful implications on how to choose the most suitable composition and how to control the technics of electroslag refining reasonably for the nickel base deforming alloys with high aluminium and titanium where γ is used as a strengthering phase.
