摘要
研究了PCrNi3MoV辊套通过双液淬火后的冷热疲劳特性,指出,当加热温度在500～700 ℃范围时,PCrNi3MoV辊套具有较高塑性,在室温～450 ℃温度区间具有较高的冷热疲劳寿命.
The cold and hot fatigue property of PCrNi3MoV roll ring after double quenching has been studied in this article, which described when the heating temperature is in the range of 500 - 700℃, it has higher plasticity, and when the room temperature is within 450℃, the roU ring has higher cold and hot fatigue lifetime.
