摘要
采用V渣+Ti+Zn对高铬白口铸铁进行复合孕育。在炉内、炉外实行“二步法”处理并按孕育合金异质形核的生核能大小设计分级处理的顺序,起到了控制碳化物的析出量和改善析出形态、净化铁液、净化晶界、细化晶粒等良好的孕育效果。
By means of Vslag + Ti + Zn ,the composite inoculation to the high -Cr white cast iron can be performed. The “twain - step method” has been implemented inside and dxterior furnace, and the classifying process sequence has been marked out in accordance with the energy of inoculated alloy heterogeneity nucleation, which has better effects in controlling the settling out amount of the carbide and improvement of separating out morphology, liquid metal purifying as well as the purified grain boundary and refined grain.
