摘要
采用B×1-500交流弧焊机,E4303电焊条,对材质为Q235,规格为820 mm×10 mm的螺旋焊管进行焊接。焊条直径为3.2 mm^4 mm,焊接电流为115A^180A。填充层用“8字运条法”,盖面层用“月牙形运条法”。焊缝检验一次合格率为99.6%。
By means of BX1 - 500 AC arc welding machine, E4303 welding rod, the welding has been performed on the spiral welded pipe with the material of Q235 and specification of 820mm×10mm. The diameter of the welding rod is 3, 2mm -4mm and the welding current is 115A - 180A, The “letter 8 weaving method ” has been adopted in the packing layer ,while the “crescent weaving method ” has been adopted in the coveting layer , the qualification rate of the welding seam is 99.6% after the one time examination.
