This text briefly introduces ecological-hydraulic management connotation.Manual immune theory is applied to water conservancy.Primary discussion of ecological-hydraulic management methods based on manual immune system and its application are presented.Central content includes ecological-hydraulic immunity analysis and it's model structure,forewarn system and it's index system and feedback mechanism and the route realization of ecological-hydraulic safety.
