摘要
阐述了为预防泥沙淤堵对泄水建筑物进水口采取的集中布置、增加事故闸门、安装高压冲沙装置等工程措施,以及为减少过机含沙量和高含沙水流对发电系统的影响采取的优化发电洞进口布置、水轮机过流部位涂敷防护材料、提高机组技术供水可靠性等措施。通过初期拦沙和调水调沙的运用,减少了下游河床的淤积,冲刷了下游河床,使黄河下游主河槽的行洪能力增强,取得了较好的减淤效益。
An instruction is given to the measures for prevention and remedy of silt plug caused by the high-velocity silt-laden water flow.The measures include the centralized arrangement of inlets,installation of emergent sluice for discharge tunnels,adoption of by-pass pipe in the filling device,arrangement of high pressure sand scouring device.The remedy measures for hydraulic turbine caused by the high-velocity silt-laden water flow include the optimizing the arrangement for the inlet of the power tunnel,protective materials daubed on the hydraulic turbine,adoption of clean groundwater for water supply during the flood season.Through sand blocking,water and sediment adjustment in the initial operating period the sediment is reduced and the flood passing ability in Yellow River is increased.All these measures leed to reduce sediment.
