摘要
研究了ZSM5,Beta,MCM22分子筛分别作为FCC催化剂添加组分的性能。结果表明,催化剂中含MCM22的汽油和柴油产率高于含ZSM5,与含Beta相当;气体产物的产率低于ZSM5,高于Beta;而焦炭产率比二者都高。并且发现,含MCM22的氢转移活性比含ZSM5和含Beta高;裂化机理比率(CMR)低于ZSM5,与Beta相当,说明在催化裂化反应中MCM22晶体表面的12MR孔穴起重要作用。MCM22的催化裂化反应性能介于ZSM5和Beta之间,更接近于Beta。
The performance of zeolite ZSM-5, Beta, and MCM-22 as FCC catalyst additive components was investigated. The results showed that the catalyst with MCM-22 yielded more naphtha,LCO and coke, less gas comparing with the catalyst with ZSM-5, and less naphtha and LCO, more coke and gas comparing with the catalyst with Beta. While the cracking mechanism ratio (CMR) of MCM-22was lower than that of ZSM-5, similar to that of Beta, which meant that the 12MR cups on the crystal of MCM-22 played an important role in catalytic cracking reaction. The performance of MCM-22 in cracking reaction was between that of ZSM-5 and Beta, and was close to that of Beta.
