摘要
对硫磺回收装置尾气回收系统影响生产的各种因素进行了分析,并采取了相应的解决措施。通过技术改进,达到了预期的设计效果。在设备的优化运行方面,由于尾气回收系统的开车,使硫磺过程气中的H2S和SO2得到了充分回收,避免了因焚烧过量的H2S使尾气焚烧炉超温和烟道超温过热等现象。在环境污染治理方面,烟囱排放烟气中SO2含量下降,在硫磺装置主炉配风适当的情况下,能满足国家环境保护局(GB16297—1996)制定的烟气中SO2含量小于960mg/m3的要求。
Through analysis of the operation factors which influenced the production of the tail gas system of the sulfur recovery unit, countermeasures were taken. The anticipated design target was achieved after technical transform. Since the startup of the tail gas recovery system, hydrogen sulfide and sulfur dioxide in the process gas were fully recovered, and the overheat of the incinerator and the flue caused by burning excess hydrogen sulfide was avoided. The sulfur dioxide content in the exhausted flue gas was reduced to less than the standard 960mg/m^3 of GB16297-1996 when maintaining proper air to the main incinerator.
