新型环烷酸腐蚀缓蚀剂的合成及缓蚀性能研究 被引量:10

摘要 以十二烯基琥珀酸酐缩合而成的螺双内酯化合物和长链脂肪胺(摩尔比为1∶2)为原料,在反应温度80℃左右,反应时间为2h的工艺条件下,合成了一种新型抗环烷酸腐蚀的缓蚀剂。静态挂片法实验研究结果表明,采用标准A3碳钢挂片,以蒸馏常二线油为反应介质(酸度314.86mgKOH/100mL),加入缓蚀剂100μg/g,在270℃的高温,反应时间为24h的条件下,缓蚀剂的缓蚀效率最高可达88.55%,表明此缓蚀剂具有较好的缓蚀效果,适用于以环烷酸为主的腐蚀环境的腐蚀防护。 A novel corrosion inhibitor for naphthenic acid corrosion was synthesized through the reaction of alkenyl-spirobislactons condensed from DDSA having long-chain aliphatic amine with a tool ratio of 1 : 2 under the conditions of reaction temperature around 80℃ and reaction time 2h. The corrosion inhibition efficiency on the corrosion of standard A3 carbon steel in the 2^nd side cut of atmospheric column having an acidity of 314. 86 mgKOH/100mL added with 100μg/g said corrosion inhibitor under 270℃ and a reaction time of 24h was up to 88.55%.
