催化裂化汽油选择性加氢脱硫技术(RSDS)工业应用试验 被引量:54

摘要 催化裂化汽油选择性加氢脱硫技术(简称RSDS技术)在上海石油化工股份有限公司进行了首次工业应用。标定结果表明,在催化裂化汽油烯烃体积分数约50%的情况下,RSDS汽油产品脱硫率为79.7%时,RON损失0.9个单位;脱硫率为91.8%时,RON损失1.9个单位。说明RSDS技术具有较好的脱硫能力和较高的选择性,是生产低硫清洁汽油的重要技术。 The first commercial trial of selective hydrodesulfurization technology for FCC naphtha (named as RSDS) was carried out in a 470kt/a hydrotreating unit at Shanghai Petrochemical Company. The test results showed that at hydrodesulfurization (HDS) rates of 79.7% and 91.8%, the RON losses of the treated naphtha were 0.9 and 1.9, respectively. RSDS technology was suitable to be used for producing clean gasoline components with low sulfur content due to its good HDS performance and high olefin selectivity.
