住院脑卒中患者社会支持状况的调查分析

Investigation and Analysis of Social-support for In-patients with Acute Stroke

目的了解住院脑卒中患者的社会支持状况。方法应用社会支持评定量表调查192例住院脑卒中患者所获得的社会支持情况。结果住院脑卒中患者获得的社会支持总分显著低于正常人(P<0.01,P<0.05)。≥60岁患者客观支持、主观支持及社会支持总分均较<60岁患者低(均P<0.01);丧偶患者客观支持、主观支持、社会支持利用度及社会支持总分较在婚者低(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论脑卒中住院患者社会支持状况不容乐观,采用整体护理手段,加强脑卒中患者的社会支持,可帮助患者适应疾病过程,提高其生存质量。

Objective To acquaintance the social-support status of the in-patients with acute stroke. Methods By using social-support scale, the social-support status of 192 in-patients with acute stroke was assessed. Results Scores of the in-patients with acute stroke were obviously lower than in the normal people （P〈0.01, P〈0.05 ）. Scores for objective and subjective support of the patients older than 60 were lower than those of the patient younger than 60 （all P〈0.01）, Scores for objective and subjective support of the patient who became widower or widow wer lower than those of the patients who had spouse （P〈0.05, P〈0.01）. Conclusion Social-support status of the in-patients with acute stroke is not to be optimistic. Holistic nursing should be implemented to enhance the social-support, which can help the patient adapt the disease course and improve their living quality.
