摘要
探讨了在NaSCN水溶液中,丙烯腈(AN)/醋酸乙烯酯(VAc)/甲基丙烯磺酸钠(MAs)溶液聚合的工艺条件。 采用偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)为引发剂,异丙醇(IPA)为相对分子质量调节剂。通过对浆液的总固含量、粘度、相对分子质量 以及相对分子质量分帛等性能的测试,讨论了单体投料比、引发剂量、相对分子质量调节剂量、聚合反应温度以及聚合反 应时间等因素对三元共聚的影响。
The process conditions for polymerization of AN/VAc/MAS in NaSCN solvent were discussed with AIBN as initiator and IPA as relative molecular mass (RMM) regulator. The effects of monomer ratio, initiator content, PMM regulator content, temperature and time of polymerization reaction on ternary copolymerization were discussed through testing on properties as total solid content, viscosity, PMM, distribution of PMM, and so on.
