Thinking of Stealing Electricity and Opposing Electricity-stealing

随着市场经济体系的建立,窃电成为越来越突出的问题。在分析了窃电现象的诸多社会因素后,找出了窃电行为的特点,并提出了相应的反窃电措施。

With the setting-up of the economic system of the market, stealing the electricity becomes a more outstanding problem. Analyzing a great deal of social factors of the phenomenon about electricity-stealing, this paper finds out the characteristics which exist in the behaviors of electricity-stealing and puts forward the corrseponding measure of opposing electricity-stealing.
