摘要
法条竞合犯与观念竞合犯是外在表现甚为相似的两种特殊的犯罪形态,二者存在着概念、特征、处罚原则等方面的差异。
Statutes＇ joinder of offenses and imaginative joinder of offenses are two kinds of especially similar situation of crime on outside performance. The two situation forms of crime involve other differences besides these essential differences.
