吏治的好坏,直接关系到国家的治乱兴衰。综观两汉时期西南地区的吏治,虽也有贪污腐败现象,但总的来说还较清明,大批良吏在澄清吏治、发展经济、传播文教、处理民族关系等方面作出了较大贡献。而这些成就的取得,与汉王朝在西南地区的用人策略密不可分。

The quality of the management is direcdy relate d to the rise and fall of the nation. Seen From the management.of the southwest region, it had shortcomings, but main parts were good. A great deal of officials made great contribution to politics ,developing economy, spreading advancedure, coordinating the relationships. The acquisition of these achievements is related to the personnel tactics in southwest region in the Han dynasty.
