Technological innovation of a company is the fundamental source to achieve the scientific and technological progress, increase its core competence. It is also the significant foundation of a company＇s survival and progress. However, technological innovation coexists with venture in these days, and innovation venture has become one of the important factors to hamper technological innovation. This article analyzes the types of the venture and contributing factors in the process of technological innovation, and then puts forward the countermeasures of technological innovation venture prevention in the company.
