摘要
绩效管理工作已成为员工绩效考核的重要手段,文章从绩效管理的作用,正确运用绩效管理方式以及绩效管理关键要素的确定提出了一些理论依据,有助于绩效管理工作在实践中的成功运用和积极推广。
The performance management has become an important measure for employees' performance evaluation. From the effection of performance management, correct application mode about performance management and the confirmation about key factor of performance management, some theoretical gists are introduced in this paper. It makes for successful application and active popularization of performance management in practice.
