高原地区矮小鸡与藏鸡屠宰试验

Comparison between the dressed percentage of dwarf chicken and that of Tibetan chicken in Tibetan altiplano

通过对在高原地区10只成年矮小鸡和10只成年藏鸡屠宰测定,分析结果显示:平均体重矮小鸡比藏鸡高2．2％;藏鸡公鸡全净膛率为53．9％,矮小鸡公鸡全净膛率为64．9％,差异极显著;藏鸡母鸡全净膛率为58．1％,矮小鸡母鸡全净膛率为51．5％,差异极显著;藏鸡公鸡半净膛率为74．2％,矮小鸡公鸡半净膛率为81．5％,差异显著;藏鸡母鸡半净膛率为77．1％,矮小鸡母鸡半净膛率为66．2％,差异极显著。经测定说明矮小鸡的屠宰率高于藏鸡。

The results of slaughter tests of 10 brown-egg dwarf chickens and 10 Tibetan chickens in Tibetan altiplano showed that the mean weight of dwarf chicken is higher than that of Tibetan chicken,up to 2. 2%;the rate of eviscerated weight of Tibetan rooster is 53. 9% and this value of dwarf rooster is 64.8 %,the difference between them is significant ;the rate of eviscerated weight of Tibetan hen is 58. 1% and this value of dwarf hen is 51.5 %,the difference between them is also significant;the rate of eviscerated weight with giblet of Tibetan rooster is 74.2% and this value of dwarf rooster is 81.5 % ,the difference between them is also significant;the rate of eviscerated weight with giblet of Tibetan hen is 77.1% and this value of dwarf hen is 66.2% ,the difference between them is also significant. All the above results indicated that dressed percentage of dwarf chicken is higher than that Tibetan chicken. These experiment data provide referenced evidence for feeding dwarf chicken in high altiude zone in future.
