摘要
根据半刚性基层沥青路面下面层的受力特点和功能要求,在选取合格原材料的基础上,初拟了3种级配组成,通过一系列室内试验研究完成了沥青混合料配合比设计,重点评价了混合料的水稳定性和强度性能.另外,在研究中使用了汉堡车辙试验方法来综合评价混合料的水稳定性和高温稳定性,并运用临界弯曲应变能的方法来评价混合料的低温抗裂性能.
Based on the selection on the proper raw materials, this paper presents 3 kinds of aggregate gradations and decided on the ultimate aggregate gradation after a series of laboratory tests. As the bottom layer of the asphalt pavement with semi-rigid base, the moisture stability and strength performance of the mixture are significant to the pavement performance. Therefore, these were considered carefully by several tests. The rutting tester produced by Helmut Wind corporation were used to estimate the moisture stability of the mixture. We also used the index of critical curvature strain energy to estimate the lower temperature anti-cracking performance of the mixture.
